Using the Site

Please use the Site lawfully, give true information on our forms, and do not disrupt or scrape the Site.

No offer or contract

Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy your property, and sending a form creates no obligation for you or us. Only a written purchase agreement signed by both sides is binding. Nothing on the Site promises any price, timing, or result.

Text messages

Family Property Buyers sends only non-marketing texts about your own request, such as a follow-up after you send us an inquiry or after we miss your call. We do not send marketing texts. We text you only if you agree, for example by checking this optional, unchecked box on our form:

A signed purchase agreement controls over these Terms.

Governing law

Illinois law governs these Terms. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Kane County, Illinois.
